I'm not sure about the "historic" part, but that is certainly the agreement from where I'm standing.
I know its supposed to appeal more to the left with the irony here but to me at least nothing is something in this situation. The quicker they intervene the better armed Hitzbollah will become. Plus im sure the resolutions wont be agreed very quickly anyway.
